Good news. I've just got a 3 month extension too (although only 2 days a week), so feeling quite happy

Nice one. I just got another 6 months here from the end of the month until end of July - top result.

I should actually say ultra-boomed. This means I can pay off remaining taxes from last year and can also finance Plan B. The line between destitution and a life of luxury is a very thin one in the current market.

I got a mail from a customer last night for whom I did a small project last year. Apparently they updated their virtualisation software to vSphere and now the product I installed doesn't work. I've told them why and that for a few days work I'll pop along and fix it (they've already tried to get me in for another project but I declined as I haven't a clue about the software.)

Top tip: always leave your customers happy and they'll remember you
