Own up - who is it?

    Who has breached their Asbo?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Both his first name and his surnames are synonyms for willy. I'm surprised the paper didn't mention that.

        Seriously......

He is also accused of wearing a skirt and having bare legs at 9.05am on January 27 this year, and again at 9.07am the following day - again breaching his Asbo.

During a short hearing today Trigger denied all three charges.
How the feck can you deny those charges? You either were or you wern't. Seems a bit clear cut to me

          Law doesn't work that way.

          Barrack room lawyer talk:

You have 'actus reus', the guilty act, and 'mens rea', the guilty thought.

So if he has been photographed then you could say here is the actus reus, yet he could have been stripped of all his clothes and left with a pile of an alternate, what could he do, agian, what if he is mentally ill, then you fail on mens rea.

He could argue on what constitutes the inappropriate clothing.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Peter Trigger is banned from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 8.30am and 10am, and 2.45pm and 4pm.
Does that mean he's allowed to wear a skirt from 10am to 2.45pm?

Methinks there's more to this case than meets the eye.
