Smoked Salmon 3 days beyond 2use By" date ...?

    Poison, or OK to eat?

    Surely if it's 'smoked' it's preserved ?

I did this once. Think pink spraypaint, antibiotics and a week off and you'll be on the right track.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

        One way to find out....

        I reckon you'd be ok.

I remember seeing this foody person saying that eating after the display until date was ok but not to consider it after the use by date
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

          I preferred version 1!

Losing several days billing puking your guts up versus a few quid for some fresh stuff. I know what I'd pick...

              Because she's worth it...

You must really love your missus to be asking such a question.

Saving of not buying new salmon and a fiver a pop in tescos +£5
Loss of mondays + tuesdays invoice -£x00
Giving your missus the squits for a week - priceless.
