Panic - I'm going to miss my flight!

I woke up in a right two 'n eight this morning.

It was just before six and I had it in my mind that I was supposed to be catching a flight to New York this morning, but had woken up late, I hadn't packed, or ordered a cab. Then I was panicking because I realised I hadn't booked a seat on the plane or a hotel in NY. I was thinking I can't put it off because it would blow the whole deal.

It took me quite a bit of time to calm down.

What is really worrying is that I was having, not so much as chest pains, but more of a 'tight' chest. I might try an book a visit to the doc later. I thought that my 'troubles' were over and I could get back to proper business soon; this is clearly not the case.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Don’t worry, what ever it is will be treatable. See the doc and insist on getting an ECG done.

      Wrong login SY01.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

I will, definitely book a visit to the doc later. I thought that my 'troubles' were over and I could get back to proper business soon; this is clearly not the case.

Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Tightening of the chest is nothing to worry about.

Mornings are always worse for worrying about things. I often go over and over stupid things that I don't give a damn about later in the day. Obvious solution is to start drinking earlier.

More seriously, relaxation training and lots of exercise helps.
