    Cheapest way to form a LTD Company?

    Anyone know the cheapest web site to go through? I closed mine a while back and now need a new one

    DIY, print off the forms and register them with companies house etc.

                  I only use my accountant for my Self Assessment and Company Accounts. All the other stuff, book keeping, PAYE etc I do myself.

                  Pain in the ass actually, for this year I've been self employed, employed and now had to take out a new Ltd company as well!

                  The only good thing is to this combination I have a £10k tax rebate coming
