Sorry Stu, but AtW's all right. I can think of at least a dozen others peddling spite and malevolence here who deserve to be eradicated, but AtW doesn't do anything like that: he's a good chap, whether or not one is convinced by his economic theories or entertained by his lunch-related frippery
