    Best Olympic event so far

Not really watched much of the Winter Olympics so far, but I did catch the Men's Ski Cross last night.

Those guys have a screw loose.

4 at a time on a downhill course full of jumps and corners with only the first two qualifying for the next round.

    It was carnage.

That was good. I was getting a bit frustrated with the Olympics. This was indeed a refreshing change from overweight people sweeping the floor in an igloo, pansies dancing on ice and muesli eating Scandinavians skiing uphill.

I loved the skeleton, basically sliding around head first on a tin tray - great fun
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Curling could be made more interesting if it was played downhill on a steep slope.

wonder if the 'bad boy' who crashed in final will now return to life of crime and substance abuse?

                  Wu-tang.

Different shaped ramps have different names, some based on their shape (rollers & banks spring to mind), some based on a bit of folklore. In this case, the bloke that first built one was listening to the Wu-Tang Clan.

Yes - it was great fun. Reminded me of the BMX in the summer games. We picked a colour each to add to the fun. I got red and beat the rest of the family hands down - it was only towards the end of that they mentioned that the colours were their rankings - with red being the fastest! Shame we didn't have money on it - would have been fun to relieve the kids of their pocket money.
