Given the barely-literate screed that is the petition ("Many people in the Uk is struggling..."), it's pretty clear that if anybody is thick, it's the petitioner

Many people in the Uk is struggling each month to pay their various unsecured loans such as credit cards, personal loans and catalogues. We would like to ask a review on this matter and an amnesty for everyone in debt in UK of fifty per cent (50%) of the debts which would help that people to cope with the repayments and so see their lifes rebuilt in confidence in a shorter period of time.If you agree please sign this petition to the Prime Minister and also tell your family, friends and co-workers about. Thank you very much
