    Yellowstone

    Anyone catch this programme yesterday?

Looked absolutely wonderful and was the first time I actually wished I had the HD service.

Also loved the profile at the end (48m 42s) of the guy whose winter job is to clear the snow from the roofs of the few buildings that are there.

Looks like the park is going on my list of 'must visit' destinations.

    Anyone been there?

I saw that supervolcano program about ten years ago and it frightened me. Everything within 4k miles would be killed if yellowstone blew
Thats why I moved to Manchester, I am now, luckily, 4003 miles away, so I should be ok

It's been on mine for a while now. It's part of the big plan to do a road trip across the US at some point in the next couple of years.

As long as we need, like I said, this is planned for a couple of years time so I can tee up time off from work etc. Will probably give ourselves 3-4 weeks and fit in what we can in that time.

The other decision to be made is whether we do it by car or hire a Motorhome.
