      You've forgotten the P on the list - Portugal.

      Keep an eye on Japan.
      How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

          50-50 HAB. Admittedly this is the missing PIGS country, but there is also "Other please specify" so we're all square because you did.
