Qualities That Make A Successful Contractor

What would you say are the most important qualities that a contractor needs??

Working in an IB you get to meet a *lot* of wannabe jerks - I always thought that the ability to suck it up and be thick skinned was most important - Do people here agree?

What in your opinion is the most important quality?

I've gone past the wannabe stage.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
