    Re using stamps.

Has the Post Office given up on franking letters?

I seem to be getting a number of letters where the stamp hasnt been franked so they could be re used again.

    Would save me a fortune!
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

Have done this in the past but noticed that new stamps have perforations in the middle, so presumably if you remove them once used, they will tear

Sometimes the printing is bad. I had throw away a book of first class stamps because the Queen’s head was missing. What a waste of money.
