    Five days off the cigs.

    Few cravings despite deliberately going on the sauce tonight but this was the danger time.

    Anyways, feeling good and confident about ditching these things for good.

          Never smoked. Never tried it. Don't see the big issue with quitting.

            I quit about 6 years ago now and found the cigs and drink thing was the hardest part of quitting. When I went to the pub I'd buy a beer, sit down and have a cig. Because I couldn't have the cig I'd drink more beer. I got FANTASTICALLY pissed for a while!
            Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

            I preferred version 1!
