Er, the fact that you spend the majority of our council tax on "Housing and Council Tax benefit awarded" rather than maintaining the fracking roads and not picking up our rubbish once a week, while still complaining that the government doesn't give you enough subsidy.
How about you grow some cojones, and turn around to the government and say:
