I've just watched Holby City for the first time and all I saw was a bunch of actors dressed up as doctors and nurses wandering about talking carp. Is a typical hospital staffed by washed up actors?

Sorry to disappoint you but those Florida fishing trips are fixed. There is a resident diver who places a fish on your hook to make you feel good and book another trip.
