              So who created all those new jobs ? All I ever read in the past few months was companies cutting staff including a big oil company like Shell.

              Have the councils employed 33K all of a sudden ?

              Is Gordo fiddling with unemployment figures ?

              These are serious questions that need answers.

                If you read the article, you'll see some (it seems to me) seriously funny stuff going on with the stats. It seems unemployment is down yet there are fewer people employed. This is because there are more 'economically inactive' people.
