Unfortunately with John Lewis service depends on the particular staff member so some staff are really helpful and have useful knowledge while others are f**king useless.

Didn't reckon much to their old, cockney ratman, TV plasma salesman at their large Oxford Street branch, not helpful at all - almost said to me, 'we got what you see- no flip off !". I was a bit shocked to be honest, ordered mine straight from Comet direct.Comment
