    Lloyds TSB Internet Banking

    Tried to log into my internet Lloyds TSB account, but the online service is down. I rang the helpline, they didn't know what was happening, and couldn't give an ETA when it would be fixed. All I got was "It might be fixed by tomorrow morning". Useless! Haven't they heard of disaster recovery?

      Why would they invoke DR if it takes less time to fix the fault?

        Sh..t happens. every bank has technical issues once in a while, yes. their Internet Banking and some of the ATM's were down for short time but its all fixed now.
