    The Phantom Driller returns...

    On the next floor up.

He'd be out on the roof in this building, unlike the previous one.

However, it must be said that the phantom driller has been drilling holes somewhere up there from time to time.

    It may explain the leaks.

    I feel your pain.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I was going to say; talk to HAB about this. He expresses his feelings about this matter quite eloquently in his tweets. You could gang up on the barstewards. Or maybe you could set up a support group, elect yourselves 'outreach officers' and get yourselves a ZanuLabour grant to finance your activities.

Aye, same here. Not as bad as before though. I thing they have move round the other side of the building they are working on.
