    A micro boom

A 5 day contractette that might lead onto greater things.

At the very least it's a good rate, interesting work and gets me out of the house, meeting new people.

    Boom!

      Boom!

That is so important. Being benched or working from home if done for any length of time turns one
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

              Well done.

I had one of them a couple of years ago, and it turned into an eight monther, so you never know.

Congrats and all that but when the Mod's away......................

My current gig started off as 10 days - now up to 8 months and 6 more seems likely. Shame it's a crap rate though.

Good for you. And you can change your CV to say:

                    Clientco: Mar 2010 - date

for the next few weeks and then:

                    Clientco: Mar 2010 - April 2010.

Much better than a 2 month gap and more or less true!
