Not an ex as such, but I did work at a clientco where one of the female techies had posted herself & a boyfriend on an amateur site.

Someone found it and virally posted it around the business. He lost his job and a number got Hr warnings. Nothing happened to her

I used to work at a place where one of the IT managers had a photography hobby.... He used to show his photos and they were Tulip.... one day a "very different" photo was discovered among the out of focus buildings and random bits of tree et.

The "very different" image was a pin sharp close up of a <cough> Ladies front bottom.......

When asked it turns out that all the tulip was to distract his Mrs - he paid for <cough> Ladies to pose for pretty explicit photos... some "glamour" but mainly rather more ummm meaty....

Rumours went round that he used to ask work totty to do bikini and "glamour" shots but he always denied it....... all I am saying is that I am sure I recognised one young lady.... and her face wasn't in the frame!
