    ITIL V3 Change and Supplier Management

    I've got the opportunity to get the ITIL V3 Practioner qualifications for Supplier and Change management, anyone got any tips on what the courses are like and the best way of turning this into something billable in the future?

    I'm not paying for either so I'm going to do them anyway, just wondering whats those with some more experience think of them in long term usefullness.

    If you've got nothing better/else to do - they are "free" - put them on your cv.

    Long term usefulness - they won't do any harm.

    They might be a good investment..... ie they cost nothing

            It doesnt really fit in with my entrepreneurial big hitter approach to life & work. If you're a book stamper and steady as you go then I can imagine it's a fantastic skill to have.

            How the hell did I land up with this ITIL contract I will never know!

              Nope - I'm working with an entrepreneurial SMB who need to sharpen up their services provision.

              SCRUM and ITIL - I'm lovin' it!

                I enjoy process design, implementation, training, documentation, audit and compliance...

                ITIL / SOx / COBIT / COSO... n stuff...

                I normally get called in at the end of the transformation project when no ones completed any documentation - and the client wont sign it off until it is.
