        It didn't get much publicity for probably the most important case of the last few years.
        Good for him and fook all those charlatan homeopaths and chirowinkers.

            That is absolutely brilliant news.

            Now for the whole shambolic libel laws to be reviewed.

              According to this report (when he won the legal bit, but the BCA were still talking about continuing against him) he's spent over £200,000.

                Good for him. I signed up to the support sign up thingy and got (yet another) letter from my MP. A change in the law appears to have cross party support so dunno why things go so slowly. Apart from the fact that so many MPs are lawyers obviously.

                The best move any party could make towards a saner society would be to disbar lawyers from standing as MPs. Cutting their legs off to stop them standing for anything at all would be even better.
