S Korea and war with the North

Looks like the S Korean warship was blown up by a midget submarine or suicide frogmen

    here

Given that this kind of action is usually classed as an "Act of War"

How would the panel respond if it were the S.Korean Govt and bear in mind N Korea has nukes
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Were the squad told that suicide is painless, it brings on many changes and they can take or leave it if they want?

i'd ask for incontravertable proof from recognised experts in the field and then armed with that proof go to the united nations and table a motion for a motion to be placed onto the north korean leaders head.

They've got enough arty pieces within range to bring South Korea to the level of North Korea...

They fired a missile over Japan last year, in theory they could get to the USA.

They are officially at war, the 1953 ceasefire is temporary.

Hmmm, the U.N. aren't exactly known for springing into decisive action, are they?
