European Equities were down !!

Portuguese equities were down when S&P cut the country's credit rating by two notches to A- with a negative outlook and this news had a negative impact on European equities like CAC , FTSE and DAX.

so I dropped from the idea of investing in european markets for a week now..

is that a good idea or...any suggestions????
