    Making my last Benched soup

From a mix that I got from TKMaxx - their food section can be quite exotic. This one's Italian...

It's actually Italian leftovers, I know someone at the factory. Exotic.

Since the little ignoramus doesn't know about the CUK Soup Club I shall ignore him.

The mix has spelt and dried broad beans in it as well as the usual lentils - I only need to add the usual garlic, celery, onions and carrot.

Seriously though, I actually have Italian lineage and would rather make a nice minestrone than that packaged stuff. I suppose people are just a little lazy these days and find chopping up a few veggies hard work.
