If you want this to be a forum in which adults can freely exchange views and information without such vulgar bullying, I would strongly suggest taking action on the perpertrator and make it clear that this behaviour will not be tolerated.

There is a correct way to report a post - unsurprisingly, it's the "Report Post" button you'll find in the leftmost pane of every post.
