    Colossal Hangover

Put 9 empty wine bottles in the recycling this morning & that was just between 2 of us. Not to mention the 3 pints of Addlestone's Cloudy at lunchtime

Still, I did cycle 40 miles yesterday so at least some of the calories will be burnt off

        Superb effort.

Between Mrs Gonzo and myself an awful lot of wine does get consumed in our house but the most that we have ever put away in one session was five bottles. We are amateurs in comparison to your effort.

This was with a mate of mine. Don't think I've ever done as many as 5 with the Mrs!

Most I have ever had in one day is 3/4 a bottle of red, normally drink one bottle over 2 days for myself. ANymore than two decent sized glasses and its just 'plonk' after that.

I assume this was cheap stuff you had? I usually pay over £14 a bottle, sod that for a 9 bottle drinking session

2 bottles is all I can manage between me and Mr Norr. Therefore making me a right lightweight.

              I can't handle hangovers anymore.

I don't buy anyone can drink 4-5 bottles of wine in a single go, without a few crafty pukes. Shirley not, on a biological level...
