Meanwhile, on a gentle stroll of the neighbourhood....

I'm thinking there can be any doubt who this driver is supporting:

        Belgium?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

It was easy to spot the locals when we were in the tropics. Whenever the temperature dropped to say, 27C, we would be wearing jackets etc and saying "by gum, it's a bit parkey tonight", while the tourists would still be in tee-shirts.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I am sort of the opposite to that......
In mid-winter I take the dog for a walk in shorts, tee-shirt and flip flops.... trainers or wellies if there is snow on the ground....

I get some funny looks from the people shuffling past wrapped up in overcoats, scarves and hats......
