    Good news for climate change

Looks like the planet will be saved after all:

Reasons to be cheerful about climate change talks - Telegraph

In Luxembourg Chris Huhne is agreeing to raise CO2 reduction targets from 20% to 30% by 2020. I presume this will mean the creation of thousands of "green" jobs.
    I'm alright Jack

You can never have too many bogeymen.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

give me a couple of weeks and my enviromental consultant school will be open. A snip at only £10,000 for a full course, including training materials.
Just need to pulp all the left over HIPs training packs first, must set a green example after all

Can one get government grants for this sort of training?

LOL. That's roughly what the Yorkshire Electricity Board used to offer in its showrooms.

I keep looking to get on this bandwagon by seeing if there is any market for coverage in the trading of futures on all these traded emissions allowances etc. Each time I look at the trade volume / open interest figures I think why bother. There is frack all trading takes place in this stuff; there is no interest.

Maybe I should apply for a grant from the government to develop something? I'm not going to waste my time over it.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
