Looking for a thread (scam caller wants to fix your PC's errors)

Does anyone remember seeing a thread on here (I can't remember which forum) about a scam where someone calls you and tells you you have errors on your PC, then tries to talk you through "fixing" them which involves letting some nice Indian person take control of your PC.

Our esteemed CUK poster mucked them about then told he had a mac!

I just received such a call, and am looking for the thread, but I can't find it

Can anyone who remembers this more clearly point me at the thread?

    TIA.

They are slimey bastards. If I watched Watchdog, I'd be inclined to email them.
