Python sounds a bizarre choice (though quite capable). You think you've a shot of 4 year's work from this?

Don't think its a serious contender.

This is a massive project, Release 2 goes live next year, release 3 in 2014. Think its definitely feasible for a lengthy gig. They're on a huge recruiting drive right now but the market is very boyant over here and getting good people is proving tough.
