Summer Drinks

Rough cider. I can take or leave it. A nice Newcastle Brown ale also hits the spot.

Some say it tastes better when you haven't bought the drink as well. I hope to find out as the fat lady stirs.

Augustiner or Hacker Pschorr Helles fresh from the cask, or a bottle of Muenchner Gold for me.

Or if I'm slumming it a nice champagne style Breton or Normandy cider.

Cider with ice...... Isn't that one of those tacky marketing gimicks thought up to trap the sort of brainless "follow the herd" winkers who used to drink overpriced lager then moved on to overpriced Alcho-Pops.... and overpriced bottled lager with a slice of lime in the neck....

At least Newkie Brown isn't complete pish... close though...

Nice pint of..... Pedigree.. or TT's Landlord.... or Pride.... or Abbot... or well any decent Ale is OK by me really!
