The officer pointed the Taser at him for a few seconds before lowering the weapon.
At this point, it discharged, narrowly missing the father-of-one's genitals and hitting his groin and ankle.

Unemployed.............driving a Beemer..........had been doing landscaping work at his mate's house (cash in hand?)....became aggressive.....had an obscure "syndrome"(that apparently causes near paralysis....ideal for a landscape gardener ).

Sounds like a benefit scrounging shyster to me. Glad to hear the Police are "looking into it". Let's hope that the Benefits Fraud Squad get involved as well.

The point is no one believes the taser was fired accidentally.
The guy may well have been a scrote of the first order as SB points out, but there used to be this rather important principle of "innocent till proved guilty" in this once-great country.

The police know they will literally get away with murder.

Unfortunately the guy's name is Cox. I wonder if the policeman asked his name and thought the reply was abusive.
