How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

By the end of the day? Eew, you don't keep the thing stewing away all day like me do you? I hate heated coffee pots for that, after about 2 hours it changes colour from brown to grey.
