    Lawful rebellion

Just happened to find the Lawful Rebellion channel while flicking through (as usual) looking for zombie films. Has anyone looked into

YouTube - John Harris - It's an illusion Part 1/5

Ignore appearance and a bit of stumbling start on that one. John Harris is an impressive speaker for a tattooed carpenter with a cockney accent (his description) . According to him acts of parliament are legally a contract and you don't have to accept them. He is being chased by stinking HMRC but claims he gets away with it by returning their post marked "no contract" Sceptical myself but interesting.

I've looked at it. Highly entertaining, but I don't think it would be possible to get away with it in reality.

I prefer my solution: just frack off out of it and have no more to do with the state. I'm only here to ponse off the healthcare. Now that's sorted, I've got some serious financial stuff to sort out then I'm gone.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

The only time rebellion is lawful is when it succeeds.

He says he's been doing the NCRTS thing for 10 months. That's a blink of the eye in HMRC terms. They are probably half way through thinking about having a meeting about sending him to prison.

Thanks for the heads up that Olympic mascots Mandeville and Wenlock are Zionist overlords, by the way. Always handy to know stuff like that.

& about acts of Parliament not being contracts? Of course they don't have to be. Contract law is defined with reference to, and enforced by, acts of Parliament. Who would write the contract to validate the act to validate the contract to validate the act to validate the contract....? If he wants a contract, he can use the one Rousseau wrote (about) in 1762.

I gather from another one that he is admitting they made him bankrupt. So it is seems to be just that they haven't been round to take his goods yet.

Shame, I was really looking forward to marking my corporation tax demand NCRTS and spending the money on something useful.

Unfortunately his legal augment was full of holes not least being that once council tax is posted it is deemed to be served and the system whereby test cases in court enforce acts of parliament.

The problem is that Council Tax was quite reasonable in the past and was used for essential services. These days councils use the tax to build corporate empires under the guise of supplying some odd service for some ethnic minority that nobody wants.
