Two weeks ago I'm offered a job around 70 euro per hour in the netherlands. I said no largely because of the transparency in the tax system and I'd be forced to go through an umbrella.

Today the phone goes now it's 112 euro per hour...

What's going on?

And is that good for the netherlands?

Same as usually happens when somebody is buying something significant. They try and get it for a rock bottom price; fail; then try again for a higher price. No conspiracy theory required.
