How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I have lost nearly three stone this year and I put most of it down to not drinking fruit juice for breakfast and lunch like I used to do every day.Comment

Orange juice = empty calories and tooth decay.
I think the comment that beer isn't fattening is slightly misleading though. When you go out on Friday and suck down 10 pints that's close to an extra 2,000 calories, nearly an extra day's worth.Comment
