Should Papa pay UK taxpayers for a visit?

Well, let's think logically here - sportmen around the world have to shell out in tax when they come here on trips that make them money, ( BBC Sport - Athletics - Usain Bolt snubs London meeting over tax laws ), and Papa effectively coming with a business trip to visit his clients, consequently it follows maybe part of the income that his business derives from making such visits should be shared with UK taxpayers.

Actually. You are, for once, making fiscal sense. Don't lose the habit...............HTH...............SB
