(Reuters) - Russia appears to have come up with a novel way to ease its pension woes and increase revenues at the same time: encourage its people to die sooner and pay more taxes until they do.
OI ! That was my idea. Bastards.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
Wouldn't it be more profitable to encourage people to die later and pay higher taxes until they do?
