    Bloody Russian Plagiarist

Reuters: A time of Modest Proposals
(Reuters) - Russia appears to have come up with a novel way to ease its pension woes and increase revenues at the same time: encourage its people to die sooner and pay more taxes until they do.
OI ! That was my idea. Bastards.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Pensioners don't pay many taxes, so ideal scenario for them is to have people die right before they claim pension, something that already happened there with average man's age being 59 and retirement is 60 but those peski Ruskies just won't die...
