    Dead Blackberry

Got a fatal error message, now it gets stuck on the clock screen and will not boot up.

Brand new replacement (3 months old) on a year old contract so loathed to hand it back as likely to get a scabby old replacement.

Has anyone successfully re-installed the OS? Does not come with this on CD, only Blackberry desktop manager.

The store manager was very @rsey last time I darkened the Phones 4 U doors, so kind of looking forward to a confrontational meeting with him if I need to give up and book it in.....

Chuck it in the bin. Technology is supposed to be an aid not a burden.
