Imagine my great disappointment when I perused "The Student Cookbook" in a local book emporium, only to find recipes for students to make, rather than recipes with students as an ingredient.

Gutted.

I was knackered for a week.

The suggestion to go & look at some waterfalls (of which there are many around here) has, as yet, not borne any fruit.

Ok maybe not the gym, but you could try to do some walking, join a hiking club etc.
You will feel better, if you keep fit. Don't go mad, build up slow.
