    Feeling old

Coming up to the big 4-0 in a few years and starting to feel my age.

Is it all downhill from there or is it true that that's when life begins?

For once, a thread the oldies can relate to.

Please, no anecdotes beginning with "during the war...".

Age is a number. Try not to let it affect your frame of mind.

Good grief - feeling old at 37? Stop feeling sorry for yourself and get on with life!

      Honestly.

You're only as old as the woman you feel.

Have a mid life crisis, you'll feel a lot better.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Can I just take this moment to point out that as you get older it takes longer to recover from a serious beating than it did when you were younger!

That would explain why my knees hurt and I struggle to touch my toes.

I think I had a mid-life crisis at the weekend. I managed to stay away from sports car garages until the feeling passed, so I don't think it was the real thing.
