From the psychology today posting I found this

Spotting the Tax Cheat | Psychology Today (http://www.psychologytoday.com/articles/200603/spotting-the-tax-cheat)

Uncle Sam Has His Number

The IRS knows that the wealthy—those who earn over $100,000 per year—and the self-employed are most tempted to cheat. They are therefore most likely to get audited.

Nab Him!

Rat out a tax evader and the IRS will pay you up to 15 percent of the recovered taxes.

Convince the Condem government to add the 15% legislation and tell HMRC about out a few Lords and Ministers and I'm BOOMED!
