    Greetings from the fireside arm chair

    I'm a long time lurker on here, but have decided that my retired status is no reason not to post on here. I have served my time in the IT contracting circles.

    I understand the usual protocol is to greet new users with a party. To this end I have stationed next to me a decanter of finest Chivas Regal, and a bottle of absinthe just in case I get inundated with guests.

    I would dearly love some of the old timers to come and visit such as EternalOptimist, this Sasguru chap, and Zippy.

    You youngsters are always welcome but I would ask you to act with a modicum of decorum.

    Come back suity!
