Ticker Tape Request

Can we have a ticker tape running across the top of the forum. I think it would look cool.

I suggest either

a) A news thread. This will reduce the amount of shit: that AtW posts
b) A contracting thread. Which links to articles on the front page
c) A most popular threads/recent threads tape.

The board is too static without that big football.

I have always liked ticker tapes personally. The one on the BBC website is cool, but agree they can be annoying.
