        Yeah I was going to reword it but it posted anyway. Never mind. I don't, for the record, haven't for any job/contract I've worked at. Usually start off smart casual with good intentions then it all goes downhill from there. (Sort of thing you get away with as a developer)

                    depends

                    usually smart shirt + chinos + smart shoes

                    I almost always have a suit with me for days when I feel a need to smarten up, tie is still optional though
