    Do you have pets?

What's your preferred pet to share a house with?

I have a part-time cat (aren't they always), but would love to have a dog but they can't manage the spiral staircase. No point in having to carry it around when they have four legs.

I have 3 full time cats.

I grew up with dogs but prefer cats.

I suppose if I worked from home more often I'd get a dog preferably a beagle, pointer or a springer spaniel.

I had a little green beetle that came with a plant I once bought. He was very sensible and stayed on his plant and I maintained his nice warm damp habitat and even tried feeding him flies and honey. This went on for maybe a year. Occasionally I would find him off on excursions and I would put him back on his plant, which he really seemed to like. But one day he disappeared. He'd done that on occasion before, but as the days turned to weeks and months I feared the worst and eventually took him for having found pastures anew, at best. But no, many moons later I found him dessicated under the TV. Very sad. Maybe he got lost and died of thirst? Sorry about the sad story.

I have a cactus - does that count?

(But if I was at home during the day, it would be a dog)

                    Where's the None [] option?

Mrs RC was so upset when the hamster died, we decided not to have any more pets.
