Introduction - N.W based Contractor recommended by EternalOptimist

    Hi Chaps

My name is Chris [mod] Packit - real names aren't a great idea around here, Chris [/mod] and I've just been introduced to this site by a current member (EternalOptimist) so just thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm a freelance IT guy specialising in SQL Server / MS Access Development in the North West. I've been doing it on and off for 12 years and (touch wood) always been kept busy with work.

Would be interested to hear from anyone who had done spells at the following places as we may have 'rubbed shoulders' over the years and not kept in touch.

Currently at Hitachi Finance (Leeds) 2009 / 2010
    HBOS / Lloyds Banking Group (Halifax) 2008 / 2009
    Datastor (Congleton) 2002 / 2003
    Co-op Funeral Services (Manchester) 2001 / 2002
    Shell UK (Stanlow) 2000 / 2001
    Barclays (Radbroke Hall) 1999 / 2000

There's some more contracts in between but frankly I'd rather forget about those ones!!

Must say looks like a very informative site.

    Take care...

    Cheers Chris

why the 5 year gap from 2003 to 2008
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

          I preferred version 1!
