      There are still people running around outside in shorts and t-shirts, as usual. I don't know how they get out the door without reconsidering their plans and concluding that a night in would be preferable.

        Why is it the Scots always seem to moan the most about the weather?

        I know it tends to be nippier up there, but tough guys don't whine about a bit of frosbite.
